NSM Insurance Group Completes First International Acquisition with Vantage Holdings
CONSHOHOCKEN, PA (October 26, 2016) – NSM Insurance Group, the national leader of industry-specific insurance program administration, announced Tuesday that it has acquired Vantage Holdings, a leading collector car and outdoor leisure program administrator in the UK, subject to FCA approval. This marks NSM Insurance Group’s first international acquisition, and will serve as a platform for expanding NSM’s presence in UK markets.
Vantage Holdings, which includes Vantage Insurance Services and Classic Insurance Services, is an industry-specific insurance program administrator that was established in 2004. The Classic Insurance Services program, which specializes in insuring classic cars, classic motor trade and high net worth collections, is the fourth collector car insurance program to be added to NSM’s portfolio. Additionally, Vantage Insurance Services is one of the largest insurers of outdoor leisure and tour operator liability in the UK.

NSM Insurance Group Acquires Heacock Classic Collector Car Insurance
CONSHOHOCKEN, PA (March 2, 2016) – NSM Insurance Group, the national leader of industry-specific insurance program administration, announced Tuesday that it has acquired Heacock Classic, a division of Heacock Insurance Group that provides collector car insurance. Heacock Classic is the third collector car insurance business that NSM Insurance Group has acquired. This marks NSM Insurance Group’s third acquisition in the collector car insurance industry.
Heacock Classic, originally CollectorGuard, was established under the Heacock Insurance Group umbrella in 1990 by Ford Heacock III. Over the past 26 years, Heacock has grown the division, both organically and through acquisitions, to insure over 30,000 clients nationwide. Its reputation as a high quality organization that provides top-tier customer service made it an attractive business to NSM Insurance Group.
“The timing was just right [for this transaction],” Heacock said, “When the opportunity to sell to a company that would keep the Heacock Classic team and name in place arose, I felt it was just too good to pass up. NSM Insurance Group Announces New Director of Northeast Region
CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., Oct. 29, 2015- NSM Insurance Group, one of the leading program administrators of niche industry-specific insurance programs, announced that Dan Mogelnicki joined the company as the Director of the Northeast Region on Oct. 28, 2015. In his role, Dan will be responsible for expanding NSM’s territorial reach in the Northeast region of the country.
Most recently, Mogelnicki served as the President of NIF Group’s largest branch in Manhasset, NY. He was responsible for overseeing the company’s social services program, its largest and most successful division. Dan also managed the Binding Authority and Wholesale Broking department at the NY branch. Mogelnicki has spoken at many professional organization events and has been frequently quoted in insurance trade publications.
He began his insurance career nearly 35years ago at Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company’s New York City branch. Mogelnicki is a graduate of St. John’s University of Risk Management and currently serves on his alma mater’s alumni board.
