Superior claims service has always been a key pillar of our program — and a differentiator for agents who work with HabPro. That’s also why we have a dedicated in-house claims team to help assist with clear communication during the claims process for insureds.
How to report a claim
All claims regardless of severity or location should be reported to Athens Administrators, HabPro’s third-party claims administrator.
Notices that do not require action (“incident reports”) should be clearly marked “REPORT ONLY.”
The Athens Claims Intake Center will review all claims notices upon receipt and assign to the claims handling office.
A claim acknowledgment will then be transmitted to the designated individual, advising of the Athens claim number and adjuster assigned to the claim.
If after hours emergency claims service is required, please advise the call center agent who will advise Athens to dispatch an on-site adjuster.
