Blazing a trail

Kyle McClellan walked through NSM’s doors as a college intern with hopes to learn more about insurance and gain meaningful experience in sales. If you ask Kyle, he will say that NSM is unique in the way that employees can go out and find exactly where they want to be within the company. Kyle saw this opportunity and went full steam ahead. He centered his focus on several niches in our NSM Insurance Brokers division, including school buses. “Once I realized how many school bus companies are based in the Northeast region, I pursued this niche more seriously. That’s when it really took off.” Kyle stays at NSM because of the success he has had in his role over the years, growing his school bus book from one to eight clients in just two years.
